Returns/Exchange Policy


Returns for online purchases are for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Embellish Collective within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached. 
Please note: No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued, unless there is a mistake on our behalf, online credit or exchange only.


Our inventory is limited. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will still be available when we receive your return. If we no longer have a size or item you need, a store credit will automatically be issued.

Shipping on Returns/Exchanges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If an item is damaged or incorrect, it must be reported within 10 days of the purchase date. Please email us immediately at with the following information:
Attn: Website Orders (in the subject line)
Please include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. We will then reach out correct the issue.


All jewelry, bags and sale items are final sale.
