When Will my order ship?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected. Once shipped, the estimated arrival time is within 3-5 business days.
If you need your order sooner, priority shipping is available for an additional fee for we offer FREE in-store pick up from our location in Buna TX
*Embellish Collective does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
*While we do all we can to ensure your order arrives promptly, Embellish Collective cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and is totaled at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Currently, Embellish Collective only ships within the United States.
How do I know the status of my order?
Once you've place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by clicking the link in your email or by entering your tracking number at the corresponding shipping company.
Lost packages
Embellish Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please confirm your address is correct before submitting your order.

If you package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package at embellishcollective@gmail.com with the following information:
Attn: Website Orders (in the subject line)
Please include full name, order number and a photo of the damaged/defective item. Please do not return damaged merchandise without contacting the store first.
